We are coal and log merchants operating from Old Buckenham for many years. We deliver coal, smokeless fuel, logs and associated products in South Norfolk and North Suffolk. We have a website from where customers can order and pay for products. We also take orders via telephone and also take credit/debit card payments.

Financial data: We do not collect this directly instead, the buyer is directed to pay via Paypal which then processes the payment card details, and/or banking details and we are then notified by an email from Paypal that you've paid.

Transaction data: includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us.

Technical data: includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
